I made an enemy sprite with these contents:
The player has 10 HP and the other party member has 10 HP as well.
However, when I play in-game, the enemy sprite will touch the player and they will die in less than 10 hits! Sometimes it takes 2 hits, other times it's 4 or something. I allowed...
Is there a way to fight sprites on a map instead of enter a battle system? I looked around and saw people calling this kind of fighting "action battle system," so I hope I used the right term.
If there's a script to allow this, that's cool, but a vanilla VXA way would be nice.

I want an event to occur once it detects X amount of Y item. Is this possible? I only know how to use the detect item for 1 count.
EDIT: To be more specific, I want to an event to occur once the player has collected 40 flowers.
Like the Blue Demon in Aoi Oni, or the Witch in the Witch's House, or the Painted Ladies in Ib? One's that follow the player around and can deal damage by making contact?
I can't figure out for the life of me how. I tried looking at the demo provided but became majorly confused. From the screenshots and demo, it's the only map script that gives me what I want in my game. But I don't know how to use it and there are no instructions (that I saw)...

I'm using HimeWork's "Sell-Only Shop" script and its base script "ShopManager." (http://himeworks.com/2013/02/sell-only-shop/)
When I launch my game it says:

I want the player to be able to use this item in AND out of battle, fully healed or not.
The program already has an "always" occasion option, but I can't use the item when my status is full.
I want to be able to use the item with a full status.
Is this possible?
I'm using another script (this one: https://rpgmaker.net/scripts/603/ ) that gives "items, save, title" option, but I wanna have a "load" option too so they player doesn't have to relaunch the game to load.
If there's a better character menu then I'm okay with scrapping the other script to use it.
