Thanks for all the advice... but I think I'm just going to call it quits on trying to make anything with RPG Maker... mainly because I can't do anything at all. Can't script. Can't sprite. Can't make good maps. No point in trying if you're just always going to fail.
Okay so I did some google searching and for the life of me I couldn't find myself a Throwing script that fit my wants. I want a throw Script that allows me to have a single skill that opens the item menu so I can throw specific items.

So I decided to go with Akea's Targeting script. The thing is, with the combination of Yanfly's Battle Script, I've seen a problem. Namely that when I use a skill and shift it to all targets, it doesn't show that the skill is targeting all foes/allies.
Any way I can solve this?

Oof, this "side project" of mine is starting to get as complex as a VS plugin, at least as far as plugin parameters are concerned. I think I now understand why a plugin like this doesn't already exist(that I know of). Learning a lot while trying to make it work though!
