You use a.agi to call the attackers' agility into the damage formula.
Very basic formula would be: a.agi*a.atk
I'm trying to have a skill with a guaranteed critical. In VX ACE you could use: b.result.critical = true

Create Invoke skill
Create common event
change skill learn (new skill)
change skill forget (old skill)
