Is there an in-function function to full restore a user's HP and MP (do not remove states) when they level up? I've tried searching the forum for this but I'm getting a lot of bloat with the words I use to search.

So I could do that but then the random movement is way to fast - and in addition to that, even that doesn't solve the problem. I have tried that.
For example the guy helping me didn't do that, he sets the movement freq and speed every time and doesn't have that problem.
