It looks like this is possible by using the event command "get on/off vehicle", but the player has to spawn adjacent to the boat or ship, rather than on top of it.
And it's easy enough to use screen fades & tints to hide the player walking onto the ship (or just make them invisible on the map...
I'm trying to make a sci-fi game where you go to different planets by boarding your ship, then manually flying it to your destination. I've already got it set up so that the ship is sailing on invisible water tiles (it's specifically the ship and not the airship so that there can be random...
I haven't tried messaging ramza yet, but I did try turning off Melee Multi Target in auto sequences, but it did nothing. If I turn off Melee Single Target though, it just plays vanilla-style dual wielding. I said in the first post that I already knew how to do that, but the problem is that my...
It's been a week, bumping thread.
I'm aware that Ramza's dual wielding plugin exists, and it says that a dual wielding actor can have a shield equipped in their off hand, but I'm not willing to pay for a plugin that I'm not 100% sure is going to fix my problem...
MalMZDualWield is a plugin that allows you to make offhanded weapons that have unique traits that only apply if they're wielded in the offhand, while also letting you make two-handed weapons that seal the offhanded dual wielding slot. It's a great plugin if you're trying to give people more...
My term in Database already says Attack.
If I change the name of Skill ID 0001 to something completely random, like "Broccoli"
Then Visustella Battle Core will change it based off of the skill's name.
For some reason, Visustella Battle Core changes it so that way, instead of using whatever you've put in the box in the "Terms" section for "Attack", instead it uses the name of whatever skill is about to be used if you click "Attack".
This isn't working out for me because I plan on abusing the...
The javascript code worked perfectly, thanks.
I guess that means this thread is closed. Too bad it'll be a lot harder to add a custom texture to it, but being able to remove it is a good start.
Specifically, I want to tint the boxes around the battle portraits / battle menu commands brown, see if I can apply my own windowskin-esqe texture, or just remove them altogether.
As it stands, they seem to have a slight bluish tint, which doesn't work for my windowskin.
Tecnically speaking, I already tried that, by making the skill check 2 variables and having the script call look for the variable instead of the skill's target, but it also returned 0.
So, of course, I tried it today, and It suddenly started working for no reason.
Script call...
I'm trying to make a skill that applies different states based off of the amount of TP you have when you use it. I thought that setting a variable to the TP of the target actor would work, but every time I run the script "$gameActors.actor($gameParty._targetActorId).tp" it crashes.
I figured...
Someone please post some beginner problems so I can act like I'm a veteran and know what I'm doing? (Also someone please stop @Andar and @ATT_Turan from posting on them because they are way too fast?!)
