I like Ninetales (Blue exclusive) and Nidoqueen (easier to find Nid-Femme I think), but I missed out on Oddish. Sacrifices had to be made. Tai, I like your game dev ideas, and I want to like your recent post. However, I can't bring myself to do the latter. I only agree with like 30% of it. Does Realism = Counterproductive?
I may be misremembering this, but I think Ed Boon or John Tobias once said, "No one pays for reality". While Mortal Kombat is over-the-top and its lore isn't why I play, I agree with that quote about MK. My personal path with realism versus fantasy went like this. You know.. I... I kinda lost my interest in living a long time ago. What sustains me is a lack of interest in dying.
Like a star that is balanced between the forces of gravity and outward pressure, I feel like the energy to produce that outward pressure is weakening. I feel like I should pull a Stardew Valley and revert to a more primitive lifestyle, away from others.
