@Kes Yeah, though that's not the main focus yet. This is actually for a MMO I'm working on but I'm thinking about releasing this as a standalone tileset eventually as well. The main focus is actually going to be on the dungeons which I'm finding to be very difficult to make for some reason lol...
@Kes It's why I'm making it all lol. Going to try and make it enough for an entire game, for all needs. I'm going to have at least summer and winter, as well as a dungeon and mushroom forest. Then I'll have another that's geared towards the inside of buildings, etc.
We've all seen and love the "your pet at their best moment!" thread, but what about those goofy, laugh your gluteus maximus off moments.
Here's 1 from each of my pet :)
Blague is a Horror Themed Deck Builder. For those old enough to have played Stick RPG back during the Flash Games reign you will find the overall gameplay to be similar to that. With a day/night system built on the actions you take during the day, everything you do in the game outside of...
I've tried both Yanfly's Buffs & States Core and Yanfly's Extra Parameter Formula plug but I cannot figure them out. I was wondering if anyone knew how to either get them to make the main character regen mana after every turn, or another way to regen mana. I honestly do not care if it's after...
Whenever I go to get some old resources I've purchased it says "Product is Expired. click here to renew." and the renew link is just prompting me to rebuy everything. Is there now expiration on purchases? I thought once you've purchased something you owned it for life, not forced to renew it...
So, we bought the full Yanfly plugin on itchio, and we went to use the doodads plugin they made "Grid-Free Doodads" however you need to have a doodads.rar, doodads.json and a doodads folder. All of which does NOT come with the $30 purchase. The 'help' in rpg maker says "You can find the above...
I just did this entire area, I'm doing things in a specific order but decided to break the order in order to show you how to do it and how quick it is to do it :)
Some require multiple directions but on average they're just one direction. You simply put them 1 block away from where your...
Why not just use eventing for it? If character is facing right, walking animation off, move player left x tiles, walking animation on. then do the same for everywhere on the map you want to make slippery. I've done this a bunch of times through this method, it's fairly easy and will probably end...
Using the core engine is there any way that you'd be able to create a move in which it would remove an element from an enemy. For example if enemy 1 has a trait of "Attack Element: Earth" would you be able to create a skill that would then turn Enemy 1's attack element to nothing?/Removing that...
That's a really good example of your tiles being used. Love the look and it pairs pretty nice to the RTP as well for those who may be using that! Can't wait to see tomorrows :)
grief rpg maker... why oh why did I have to jump through like 30 hoops to (hopefully) have fixed the engine targeting ko'd people during multi hit/random attacks?
I finally finished the wrong clue death scene. So at least the player can see something cool before they get a Game Over. Prolly be less cool if they have to keep watching it repeatedly.
