hmm... then I'm not really sure what's up, like I said, I turned off everything except a few Yanfly plugins and it was staying in the dying motion. only thing I can think of is using a passive state with the dying motion (using Yanfly's Auto Passives and Visual State Effects) and crank the...
yeah, I'll see if there's anything I can find that I did that changed that. I honestly don't remember it NOT looking like that so I'll to check what I've edited.
and in action sequences I wound up making a dummy hit state (basically because the thing everyone else uses didn't work for me to...

wanted the player's current mood to affect different things in game and not just battle. but as far as battle goes, different moods will determine the overall difficulty of battle ranging from easy to manic. but outside of battle...
so what I think you're saying is you don't want them in the normal walk/wait pose during action selection right??? I dunno what tinkering I did, but my sprites stay in the dying motion until the action starts. and then back when it's finished. thing is I have no idea how I did this and it'd be...
hmm I thought my internet was having a fit or something. didn't help I was trying to get another site going and it too was moving in slow motion. but refreshing helped that one at least. but now I know it's not just me.

finally got this scripted right lol... I was running into a few issues like getting the event to play when all enemies were ko'd, actors going in and out of their victory poses, etc... still need to tweak a bit tho.
worked on new borders on screen today. dunno if I'll keep em, but there's 3 normal variants and then one for each mood on battle screens. all animated in some way.
that's fair I'd say. especially since in the end, it'd be helping out either the OP (if they never figured it out), or anyone else who's having the same issue.
yeah I've thought about either doing that or messaging the person directly, which I have done before when I wound up in a situation where I didn't wanna necro.
working on the house you explore in the beginning of my game. it's the first major area... part exploration, part battles. just need to script events and setup the on screen enemies.
@RCXGaming my brain is bad at trying to find logic in any and everything lol... it's probably the only reason something this unimportant even popped into my head.
I normally only do it if someone's intent was to be funny. but that might be because I've seen too many cases of them being used on stuff that's just general and isn't funny. most I could see me doing to absurd or "you clearly didn't google this" questions is probably :LZSskeptic: or something...
I know what's about to happen, but I wanna say it anyway... why do people laugh react the most general of statements? like I saw someone on here ask about something and get laugh reacted. reminds of facebook. I'll see someone say "I had a sandwich for lunch." and you'll see 5 likes a like 2...

Also, I think I have a not secret admirer. Hooray...
