RMMZ Can I use require function (from NodeJS)?
I just tried it myself and everything appears to work fine for me, the only thing is the plugins actually run from the root of the project and not the plugins directory. So I used "./js/plugins/data/quests.js" to require the quests, got no errors and the console log I made displayed the modules...- LTN Games

Yes for sure, the window it playtests from is nwjs which is loaded with node, to me there should be no reason your require is not working. I assume its referring to module.exports? In the console check to see if you can require('fs'), if you can't then there is something wrong with your...- LTN Games

You probably need to change the path, with the current path you put in, its looking for a data folder within the plugins folder. ./ mean look in the folder the script is being run from, which is the plugin directory. You will need to use ../../data/quests.js the ../ will move back 1 directory...- LTN Games

You can serialize it prior to save and deserialize it after save, although I've never tried it...
You can serialize it prior to save and deserialize it after save, although I've never tried it. Array.from(myMap.entries()) will create the array which can be saved and then upon load you simply create a new map from the parsed JSON data const myMap = new Map(JSON.parse(mySavedMap))- LTN Games
