In 2015 I made a game about children searching for their lost father (in the snowy mountain).
One of the cutscene is the children literally riding sleigh.
Sadly the data was lost. : /
It can be recreated though, but I dunno.
Good luck everyone. :D
Thank you for the clarification (that was super quick). :D
Yes, I read somewhere about getting Steam keys when buying the stand-alone.
There was no keys on the email for VX Ace.
Apparently it's for MV and MZ.
The thread can be closed. :)
I have the stand alone version of VX Ace,
and I'm interested to buy VX Ace tiles from Steam (as it's a lot cheaper there).
But the installation requires Steam version of VX Ace.
Is there a way to install Steam version if I already own the stand-alone?
Or it needs to be bought again on Steam...
Thanks for the feedbacks.
Decided to buy an FSM pack, it has plenty of contents.
Really happy with it. :D
Did a test by combining the grass of FSM and Ancient Dungeon, the Ancient Dungeon does seem a bit blurry in comparison.
Made me thought about getting the original Ancient Dungeon (VX Ace)...
I have Ancient Dungeon base pack.
With the current sale I think I want to buy another tileset. :)
Anybody have both Ancient Dungeon and FSM?
Do they work together by default or need some edits to match?
Is it possible to open a project from regular version (non-Steam) on Steam?
Once I started a project on a contest version of regular MZ.
It can't be opened since the contest end (because I don't have MZ yet).
But if I get the Steam version, can I open it?
Sound effects. Yes it's not visual, but it does affect how it's perceived (and how it "looks").
Candy Crush have pleasant sound effects. There's a noticable difference when played with sound vs mute.
With cool sound effects, even selecting things from menu and commands can be pleasant. :)...
Heh, heh. I've been experimenting with a naughty word detector Common Event and using scripts to check certain strings. I never thought I would see such language in computer code. I would post a screen shot, but it probably wouldn't be appropriate, even with a Spoiler. But it certainly makes me laugh and it works great.
Yknow what? Im seriously considering recruiting a manager to oversee my games development.
Because I cannot focus or complete these tasks by myself. I need someone to give me orders, without having them be my boss.
