    I want to set it so that a certain region ID is impassible to the player via an event. This plugin used to do that for MV, and am wondering if there's a built-in version now that we have regions as part of RPG Maker...

    The problem is, it has the same exact effect with the shake vanilla RPG Maker has. 1 and 1 does nothing, etc. But I'll do that.

    I don't get how Screen Shake Power and Speed work at all. If I set it to 1 and 1, nothing happens. If I set it to 2 and 2 it goes super fast. If I set it to 5 and 5 it goes at a medium pace (but I need it slower) and if I set it to 9 and 9 it goes faster but not as fast as 1 and 1:

    I suppose this will work. It would be nice to also remove the "Button" rectangles completely, leaving only text, but setting it to "Transparent" will still show rectangle buttons.

    The main reason I'm doing this is to cause "Soft deaths" in a sense. (I'm not a big fan of the game over screen.) I want people to think about what they've done and all that.     Note that I had the Loop on the last page before, which would allow the player to not move, but the game engine lagged, disallowing the player to close the game window through the red X at the top of the Window (As in, the actual windows close button for the game):

    Yes, I want to lock character movement, and I want to be able to close the game window. The loop I posted breaks the ability to close the game window, since the game, I guess? Lags?

    What do you recommend I put there that doesn't cause the game to not be able to be closed? Because putting a loop in it causes that.

    No other event that's autorun has done this thus far. Only this one. After I check for a player's HP being equal to or less than zero, I play a cut-scene, and then set that event's page to Control Self Switch C = ON, then the next page has condition for Self Switch C to be active, and autorun...

    How do I use vgafix.fon (Fixedsys) as my only font for RPG Maker MZ?

    Because putting the font file into the fonts folder then putting vgafix.fon as the main font will give an error when the game loads, saying it cannot load the font. I really want something similar to the SNES Style fonts for older FF Games, but none of them are free to use from what I've seen.

I'm back after a short hiatus (0-0), after playing another eden i think i've understood the fundamentals of world building a lil' bit more so ima use that for crimson evan, (btw working on a trailer teehee)
