Hi Matty, I was thinking more like the picture under your second spoiler but with darker wood on the trees and some snow on the bark and leaves so that's it's less green.

I especially like the overworld pieces but yes these are much needed pieces. I have several African inspired settings in my game but was holding off on mapping them due to lack of appropriate tilesets. Hopefully, these can get me going on those.

I gave up. As far as I know there's no patch to fix this. The battle engine core plugin forces a collapse animation for any state that says your dead. I have yet to find a way to thwart it from doing so unfortunately.
I just saw in a manga an interesting mechanic - setting up a stationary teleport beacon that one can go to no matter where one is in a dungeon. I think it'll work with a similar setup to how I did my airship transition.
Ooh what if you could set up multiple beacons and choose from a list of the beacons you set up?
