Can anyone give me a proper rundown on how this works? I assumed by clicking the index.html in the project folder it would play my game in a browser. It appears to attempt to do so but I always get "Error Failed to load: data/Actors.json". Any help would be much appreciated!
Ok so after a lot of pixel editing and shift clicking I was able to do this.
Notice that the shadows in between the trees conform correctly and in my opinion look good.
I now have an idea on how to put things behind the trees so that it looks like there is something beyond the trees.
So I tried this and the problem is that it is difficult to make this look good because since these are auto tiles it is difficult to make it look natural because it will just repeat itself no matter what.
But, I have some ideas on how to work with this I will report back with my edits to see...

I went ahead and got rid of the black space I know I wont need added flowers and messed with the grass color.
