I am a big failure when it come to scripts. I might be able to adjust a few lines here and there. But this seems to be too complex too me. :s
I want to add a switch to the slip damage function to turn it true or false for the damage, regain, state counter to trigger.
I've already tried Custom Slip Effect by Victor Saint and Slip Damage EX by AdiktuzMiko
I couldn't get elemental damage to work in Slip Damage EX, and Custom Slip Effect recalculates the your formula per turn, which is a no go.
What I'm trying to do is have slip damage states...

On the Systems tab of the data base, I have unchecked the boxes "KO by Slip Damage" and "KO by Floor Damage" and this is fine because 90% of the time that's what I want.
However, there are a couple of places where I would like to have KO by these. My guess is that I need to do a script call to...
If you are using Yanfly's Battle Engine (found here) it suppresses the default red flash you get if you are walking around with e.g. poison.
There is a small fix by Xpher for that which I'll give here for reference.
However, it is perfectly possible to have more than one state which gives...
1. So my poison state is meant to knock a player out outside of battle if they don't cure it in time. I've ticked K.O. by Slip Damage in System, but then when my character walks around poisoned, as soon as she gets to 0 HP, it'll give the KO message I made, but you won't get a game over. She'll...
I am currently using Yanfly's Battle Engine WITH Saba Kan's Ao no Kiseki, and have noticed an oddity about damage application and pop ups when a state that drains hp/mp is applied to an actor... The damage is displayed at the start of an actors turn, but isn't applied til the end.

So I feel like a complete idiot for needing to ask this, but after searching the help documentation and the interface in the "states" I am stumped. I also searched the forum, but didn't find anything within the first twenty or so posts that addressed this, either.
Is there a way to get slip...
For every amazing step of the way I make, I find myself in a moment where I feel really stupid for not knowing something. I probably shouldn't though, but still, it sometimes feels more obvious than perhaps it is
My brain when designing quests:
There is piano, it needs help --> The organ (yes organ now) is missing a component! --> Where the heck am I supposed to put this missing piece!??! --> Add an entire new mini dungeon specifically created to house this new piece. --> Connect this brand new mini dungeon to an already designed dungeon with background information about the town it's found it.
