The battlesystem has internal option for "Surprise" and "preemptive strike", which basically both mean that one side or the other is surprised and looses first turn.

Many Plugins have some dependencies, and easily change the load order of plugins will help a lot. And i think some sort of "reload" plugins its a good option too, because sometimes the plugin maker change variables and its necessary to remove the plugin and install it again.
The display scaling seems to not work on 4k screens. Unlike most other programs, the UI and everything else on MV seems to stay tiny unless the resolution is lowered. This isn't a major deal, but I was hoping you guys could look into this and fix it. Here's a screenshot
