Skill Maximum with storage
I'm wondering if there is already a script for this, I searched for a while but it's hard to find something without knowing what someone else called it. Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
