What I'm looking to do is to increase or reduce the damage of certain skills depending if they damage hp or barrier. By default most skills always strike damage to barrier, until it runs out.
I would like to further specialize skills to anti-barrier and...
I am interested in having a skill(s) whose effect varies depending on the user. These skills are executed via items used in battle.
Example: "Book of Fire" (Consumable Item)
If Mage: Cast a fire-like spell to inflict damage.
If Cleric: Heal party by 40%
I can't figure out how to event...

So after completing the Mass Effect Trilogy the first time as a Vanguard, I decided to replay the trilogy as a Soldier. Thus far, I've just finished the Horizon mission in ME2, and I'm already exhausted from ME2's f**k-awful enemy design.
