Hello! Still new here so tell if if I do anything wrong. I would like animated 16x16 water tiles for RPG Maker VX Ace. For those wondering, my game's sprites are resized by 200% to give it a 16 bit feel so tiles are 16x16, rather than the default 32x32. I already made some tiles for my game myself, but no matter how hard I try I can't replicate a realistic water look. :( For reference, I'll show you 2 of the tiles that I made for my game to give you a feel of the style I'm aiming for.

And put them on the top-left part of this default tileset for A1, and if possible I'd like it transparent like the one below the space I want it to be put in.

I hope that's specific enough, let me know if you need anything else!

I can't give you a link as I'm on my phone, but look in the VXAce resources forum for a thread called 'Sharm's Stuff'. What you are looking for is her Tiny 16 set.

I really like that tileset, I will keep it in mind for later just in case, but it wasn't quite what I was looking for in my game. I think I'd rather have somebody make it for me so I can get it more to fit my liking, and also so I don't have the feeling that I'm stealing. Unless somebody can find one that I like and would want to use in my game.

16x16 tiles made for RM are rare, and you have to be very careful about rips.  You could look at the stuff that's available at Open Game Art, though it might be hard to find something just right and you will have to edit it to make it work in RM.  There are some store packs with 16x16 stuff.  Pop! Horror City, Old School Modern and Time Fantasy.  Maybe one of those would suit your style?  I'm guessing Pop! Horror City is the closest.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
