I wish I could, but I can't find an option to add another element. At least, not with Skills.

I had a few more ideas that might help fix my problem.

1st, can you remove the elements of a weapon for the duration of an attack while using physical paramaters?

and 2nd, can you make a skill usable only when the character has a certain element? For example, a fire version of another skill that can only be used when they have something that makes thier attacks fire-elemental.

Skills always remove the weapon element unless you tell them to keep it ("Element: Normal Attack"). And in the requirements on the lower left you could have fire-elemental equipment. So for every piece of equipment, you would have to create elemental counterparts. Sword, Fire Sword, Ice Sword, Lightning Sword, Spear, Fire Spear and so on. Then you can at least have "Fire Slash" require a fire-elemental sword. Would that work for you? Another possibility would be to bind skills to equipment with the feature "Add Skill".

One approach is to define an element for each combination. If you have a large number that may not be practical, but it worked okay for defining Holy Metal damage, for instance, for my project.

That's a great idea, and one I didn't think of. Thank you.

Yeah, I just figured this out last night, and it definitely seems the easier route to go.

Also, figured out what was confusing me. You can add Atk Elements to equipment, but not to skills. I just wasn't looking carefully enough. Issue solved for me, anyway. ^_^

I know this may be too late or will not work for what your trying to do. But my stand point on anything/everything is to not make things to complacated. and in the case of your problem, why not just add a new element and use that?!

For example. your problem is - say you have blunt and fire set as an element. well, just make you mob weak to both fire and blunt, but you can not use both elements at the same time?! Right?

Answer - Ok, so you have a mob weak to both fire and blunt. say he takes x2 damage from each, but we want a dual element to deal say... x4 because it is blunt and fire! Make a new element named "Blunt/Fire". Then make said monster take x2 damage from blunt and/or fire, but x4 damage from "blunt/fire".

Edi: Sorry, ill read all the posts next time >_<
