This whole 3/4 perspective is tripping me up. Does anyone know of any good resources for referencing 3/4 view animals? Something like Sim Park, but not isometric. I keep drawing frontal view sprites, and I know they're not going to mesh well with 3/4 view plants and buildings.

Actually, isometric is a pretty good reference. Iso and RPGs are usually in the same or similar perspective, it's just that iso has the grid going a different direction.

Maybe an example will help. A 4x4 square will be 3x4 in 3/4ths perspective. So figure out how tall your character is in front view, divide by 4 multiply by 3, and then overlap things until you get that number. Head over shoulders, waist over hips, thighs over knees, calves over feet, ect.

Wait, no, that's wrong somehow. Shoot. I need to come back and try again with examples when my brain gets back from sick leave.

Well I sure didn't know fans could overheat and die. Room fans.
Felt like I dodged a bomb, my project was fine right after I force resetted due to a crash as I have yet to start working on it today..... :kaoback:
I have no idea what to do with my evening. I was working on the next Slip into Ruby but I kinda want to do something else for a bit. But I have no idea what. Yay indecision!
I hope your life going smoothly. I wish you do not find difficulty today. It's time to take action. Wish everyone take a break from the usual emotional intensity of social media and simply enjoy the sunshine and light conversation with others. Take action when you see that things are flagging.
