A Gameboy-styled Dragon sprite. (Example pics included)

I need a character sprite of a dragon which looks like this:

And this is the palette used:

At the very least, I need it to have a standing sprite. Just a normal idle sprite, you know? I don't even need to have walking animations because you'll never see it move.

Ideally, I'd like for it to be in the large sprite size, but small works too if that's all you can offer. I'd also ideally like it to have a sprite with its arms up and wings spread like it's going to attack, but that's not required.

Well, if you have one that is close to what yo want it is simple enough to switch a sprite to a four color or monochrome sprite....

Well, I'd be fine with even one looking like the default RTP dragon, but the problem is that it may not be pixely looking enough. If it looks high-res then it won't match the other sprites.

Yeah, see what I mean? It has to be more pixely or it looks weird compared to the other sprites. Nice effort though, but not exactly what I need.
