A little help with Vlue's Formation Bonus and Yanfly's Party System

Hello, Everyone! Hope I'm in the right Forum area this time. Lol

I made a Thread some time ago about the whole Party members not appearing in the game. But now I think it might be a script because when I put the Formation Bonus above Yanfly's Party System, the party members get out of Reserve and back into battles. But for some reason, if Formation Bonus is below Party System, the members that join in Mid Game gets put in Reserve as if the scripts don't recognize that the party is suppose to be a group of more than 1 person battling against Enemy Battlers. So I was wondering if there is a way to turn it into one scripts instead of two separate scripts. The reason why is so that I can have a party members of 8 or rather, 9 for the Formation Bonus. It's Vlue's 3x3 Formation Bonus and I really like this one. I think it has a huge potential. That and I really don't want to go around changing the Enemy Battlers again. Lol. But really, I just want the Formation bonus for the Party System. I am using VX Ace.

Truth be told, I tried to alter the scripts to make it all work but somehow I ended up screwing it up. So I had to get the originals again and now I'm here, hoping that there is a solution to it.

As for the Thread, the people were helpful and I learned new things that I didn't know before.

As a matter of fact, you are not. :p RGSS3 Scripts is for sharing scripts that you have created. I'll go ahead and move this thread to Script Support.

Sometimes you will find that two scripts will "break" each other like this because they are both overwriting the same default RPGM method (or, in a similar vein, because they both overwrite a method that the other script aliases). That's something that script makers cannot avoid unless they collaborate; however, the way around it is to figure out which functions in the first script (in the order you chose to place them) are being taken away by the second script, and incorporate the necessary lines of code into the second script's version of the method to make it do that thing.

It's possible that someone here can help you figure out how to simply use the scripts as they are, in a way that they won't clash. I hope that's the case, but if it doesn't come to pass, please Report your own post and ask for this topic to be closed, and then you can make a new thread on the RGSS3 Script Requests board asking for a compatibility patch that will allow you to use these two scripts together.

I had a feeling that was the case! Thank you for fixing that! Lol

And thank you for telling me that! I had a hunch it was overwriting something but still, I have been racking my brain left and right, trying to figure out the problem! I'm an Okay-ish artist but not a Script Editor or Maker! Poor me. Lol.

Again, Thank you so much! I hope someone will help me out as well! :) I'm just really new to this still and just want to have fun creating a vision that seem like fun as well!

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
