Hello guys~! Let's say that i'm completely new about RPG Maker VX Ace, so i hope we can help each other some time.

So straight to the point, i wanted to ask that how i can script a revival point, i mean when the player dies in a battle, revives in a designated place.

Good day or evening to all of you and thanks for your attention. :rhappy:

This is easy enough to do, just need to edit the game over part to moving the player to a new area.

But you have to be more specific on how you want your player to be moved. A fixed church/town?(single map area) <- this one is easy

Or is there a need to calculate the "nearest" revive point. etc etc. (multiple revive points) <- this one require some work

Edit:

If you are using event enemies and not the random encounter, you can do the battle lost condition,

and from there, heal & transfer the player to a new area. All by eventing only.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
How many parameters is 'too many'??
