He's not. This kind of rumor has been bothering him and some kept trying to contact him to see if it's true. So I'm just here to dispel the rumor.

Yanfly a male confirmed. I was mostly kidding about him working for Degica and KADOKAWA, I just thought the timing was conincidental in that there could have been a remote possibility, plus I'm from an industry (professional wrestling) where "pulling one over on the fans" is commonplace and we're always skeptical about everything. That being said I hope no one took me seriously and bugged him on account of my post. I'm sure I'm not the only one who mentioned something to that effect but I will apologize anyway for the one I did. Thanks for letting us all know though.

I just wanna know if it's going to be well optimized for AMD, considering how big AMD has became over the past couple of years. Sure a lot of people still use Intel as it is, just want things to run well regardless. There should be 0 lag during testing considering my specs of my computer. Just something that bothers me sometimes idk..

I heard that most likely won't use multi cores, still bothers me personally. I fall into an odd position, most devs don't have higher end specs pc wise and most likely would be using Intel but I have higher end specs and multi core processor.

And they did it while killing some great franchises. (... which again we shouldn't derail things, but it hurts so bad... I just want Suikoden back. And Castlevania. And real Metal Gear. And Silent Hill...)

As an AMD guy myself I would think everything will be OK, I've had no problems running anything that prefers Intel, my computer is not high end but somewhere in the middle. I think we'll be ok.

I haven't kept up with them enough to know what they are now. I just remember all the Castlevania games they released and most were pretty good and the Metal Gear franchise but hey to each their own.

They have to be thinking about the lukewarm reception and feedback they've gotten so far and how people are expecting more so I would imagine the next topic will talk about their most marketable feature to attract (or keep) more interest. Guessing the database or a bi feature that will distinguish it apart from MV more heavily.

Lol, yeah, I noticed they got rid of the redundant "prepare to be wowed!" They should have kept it in for the lols but I understand why they did it.

'Get ready to be wowed' will always be the meme of this community, you may remove it from the steam page but we will always remember it.

Only feature Iike about the MZ thing is the map layering system that is to die for, loved it in XP and am glad they are bringing it back. I will still wait for local Lper's/reviews to show whats what with the software as so far they haven't shown anything other than layering that is different about MV. Besides i switched software's and am making a point and click adventure game in AGS.

It may be gone from the Steam page, but we will forever be Wowed in our hearts.

Also, I've come up with the names for the important characters in the game I'm going to make in the "make a game with MZ" streams:

Wilhelm
Orion
Wren
Eloise
Durant

(They aren't all playable characters, but they are the 5 great heroes in the story, you'll get to hear more about this when we get closer. I'm still writing outline stuff)
