Hello,
My game is in an early stage of development and I would like to get some feedback as I move on. The first dungeon and boss is completed, so far there is a decent 1:30 to 2:30 hours of game play depending on how fast you move through it. I have a couple of concepts at work in this piece. For starters there are no random encounters, battle are fixed, most must be completed to progress through the game, though there are a few optional fights. No random encounters means a fixed number of EXP but I have balanced the numbers, so if you do or do not take the optional fights you will still be the same level for the boss fight. Another game mechanic I am implementing is refillable potions, this particular potion is strong and heals based on % MAX HP so it will scale into all levels. Upon using the potion an empty bottle is placed in your inventory and visiting certain locations will fill them. Finally, I have added an armor call Emblems, these emblems when equipped will give that character a new skill plus some stats. As of now that is all Emblems are for, however in the future I plan to use Emblems as a way to permanently change class, which means the emblem will become bound to that character as well.
I believe that covers the unique features in my game so far. Now what I am looking for is general feedback. This is my first time using RPG maker engine ever and my first time making an RPG. I want to know what people think about the game mechanics, progression, and content. For example opinions on items, difficulty, characters/classes. I want to hear criticism good and bad, tell me what sucks, tell me what works, let me know what will keep you playing and interested. Even if you have 5 words to say about my game let me hear them. Thank you, I appreciate any feedback.

I uploaded a video of me play testing the game, with a little bit of commentary, if you are interested. The mic volume is very low in the begging but you can still see everything.
