I'm not interested in making one myself, I'm just curious to look at the code people are making for it in my free time. Anyone know of any projects or plugins doing this?

The thing people tend to forget about MMO's is the meaning of the first 'M'.

Playerunknown's Battlegrounds recently cracked 2,000,000 concurrent players. You won't get a fraction of that with any plugins.

You are probably thinking more along the lines of 'MO' I'd say.
