A Question About Room Design

Hi. I'm back already.

Umm...When it comes to designing my room, is there any way I can make the premade cabinets face sideways? Or do I actually have to make my own sideways cabinet? Because as far as my digital art skills go...let's just say it's below par. Same goes for chairs and other stuff...

If you search through the resource section you can find some side view cabinets, bookshelves, etc. I know Lunarea has some as well as others.
