Hello, i just bought RPG Maker XV Ace from steam after seeing it on sale, and as i was working on making a map i was wondering about something

you see those squares map shapes, i don't know what they're called, like a window a door a tree square on the left of the software after you pick pencil to add them on map

i would love to use google or search engines to look this up, but i don't even know what to type in the search bar

if you know what i mean, i wanna ask if i can actually draw my own squares and add them to the game? if yes what are the sizes and resolutions? if does not matter, then can i draw a full map in 1 single picture as a background? in other words i want to make something fully made by me

and what is a good drawing "device"; like with stylus, to make a high resolution characters/enemies/maps and make them sprites and add them to the game?

i'll learn more about OST cause i am terrible at compsing; i believe that one thing i suck at while i can do the rest, but will try later

also can i add anime cutscenes into my game? like i use manga maker (i never saw it yet, but i assume it can make short anime scenes not only manga or at least text pictures like Shin Megami Tensei game) or maybe other video makers for anime i don't know any
