Hello! I've been lurking for a little while now and decided to finally join.
I'm currently working on a little project in VXAce and I have quite a few concepts I'd really love to make into games. I've had RPGM for many years (I had XP before) and I've really just been faffing about mapping since then, but lately I felt like I really want to make something.
A little background; I'm a third-year college student. I've been studying Media, and now, having to choose a specialty course, I've gone for Writing. I wanted to study Game Design but my maths isn't good enough to be accepted onto the course (story of my life).
I've been playing games since I was 5 and I generally will enjoy any genre, but I especially like Sandbox and JRPGs (my favourites being the Assassin's Creed and the Atelier series, respectively). With RPGMaker games I seem to have more of a taste for non-combat exploration games, for some reason.

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
