Introduction
This plugin has a big bug in release mode. Use MY ANOTHER TILE PLUGIN instead.

The default A1 tileset only has 3 frames. Now you can extend it up to 10 frames.

In MV editor:


In Game:

Sea: 3 frames
Beach: 8 frames
Red-red flower: 3 frames
Red-white flower: 6 frames
Also, red-white flower has faster animation speed

Features
  • Different settings for each tile block in the tileset, so your tiles can have different frames and play speed
  • Compatible with my another plugin: Seamless map transfer
How to use

Free for any use. Even modify this plugin and claim as yours is ok, but just give credit to the first author.

Something to say
This plugin is not as good as what you think. It still has limits.

It cannot exceed the maximum tileset size 1024x1024.

Using this plugin requires basic JSON knowledge.

You need to rearrange tileset in PS or other picture tools by yourself.

It is a little complex to config.

Emmm, no one insterested? So most of you use parallax map or static tilemap?
Or maybe too hard to use?

I see the demo and don’t feel excited like you already tell me last thread
it look good on specific style like pokemon and old school
but most people who use rpg maker are hobby indie / beginner
they use default rtp tile no edit
and the one that do custom tile they go parallax instead

so it’s not gonna popular instantly
but your work is really good
if some match style maker see it they will say holy ****!

In fact I want to use this
but I don’t use auto tile much/yet
if it can make every tile in floor tile or tile b c d e animatable that will be the other hand
the possibilities to use will more easy to touch
like make animate big tree
six different animate flower etc
(grid free doodad is good but I hate That I can’t see thing in editor)

anyway try post on japanese forum or other rpgm community
your work is a good one

Nice idea. But it would really cost a lot efficiency. Maybe also need a in game config or switch to let player choose whether playing animation or not?

I only need A1 tiles so I didn't consider about other tile types.

Anyway, I can try this one. This week, at most next week, I will post here if this is possible.

Hello, before I dive into using your plugin, which sounds tempting, it only is for tiles within the A1 tileset (according to the title, so sorry if I ask a stupid question XD). Am looking for something that would allow me to glue animations to the map. Animations that I drew in Sakan for example and turned into events that switch through pages to imitate animations. Wouldn't mind a replacement for these, since these usually take a LOT of event slots XD Would be interested in diving into TileD, surely make some videos on that, since I see info on it is kind of sparse. Thank you! Keep up the good work!

This plugin is only for A1 tilesets.
My another plugin for animating all type tiles will be released soon. I'm writing documentation for it, and this may take one or two days.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
