[Abandoned Plugin] Super Orange Movement

I was trying to make the plugin work but couldn't seem to do it. But then I realized I had disabled followers. Is it a bug? The moment I had people following me, the plugin worked

Hmmm, I did some basic testing here and didn't find any problem. I'll do some deeper test when I get home tonight.

Hello there! Wonderful script, I truly love pixel movement. I have run into a weird problem though. When I move with my mouse keys, the movement is flawless, but if I click via touch-screen or mouse click, my character looks like he's having a seizure on the screen and will spaz out on the spot he's standing on before moving to where I clicked.

Hmmm, I did some basic testing here and didn't find any problem. I'll do some deeper test when I get home tonight.
I'm running the trial version, by the way. Maybe it has something to do with it? I don't have any other plugins installed

Edit: Strange. I turned off followers and the plugin still worked...

Haha, did you change the DisablePixelMovementForMouseRoutes param?

I still have to tweak the pathfinding to work better with the pixel movement, so I made that param to deactivate it for the mouse for now.

OK, for whatever some reason, this plugin does not work with Yanfly's region restrictions plugin. If I set the pixels to 0, then region restrictions will work. If it's more than 1, it will not work. Any ideas why?

Yup, Yanfly's region restriction script is incompatible with pixel movement, you can use my similar plugin. It works the same way but is compatible with my movement plugin.

Hmmm.. It should be working.. Are you using "Touche Joueur" or "Touche Évènement"? And the priority is normal or under the player?

I'll test those things here.

With "under the player" priority, everything is okay, but with normal priority, the event isn't triggered with "touche joueur" or "touche evenement".

Ah, I think I know what happened. Will fix it soon.

Just wanted to say, I am loving this script.

I would definitely appreciate a way to give Events the movement as well though. Even as a separate script. It just looks strange when the actors are moving smoothly but the events are still moving so rigidly.

But regardless, much appreciating this script. Thank you!

Hey; awesome script, but I'm having an issue. When I have the 8dir plugin running, my character will walk through grass but the transparent grass effect will flicker while moving, and 50% chance that when my character stops moving the transparency is active or not.

Also, caterpillar party members seem to clip through trees etc.

First of all, thank you Hudell for you amazing scripts and support, i'm planning to make a game like Metroid or Castlevania, i know RMMV is not write for that knid of game, but for me with some modify

it can work great!

You pixel movement is amazing, i try to make jump features with events but it is really mechanic.
The only way to make a metroid horizontal style game, is to block hero UP direction, but a "gravity" effect will be amazing.

I'm not asking nothing to you, just a question!

You think it will be possible create an Horizontal Movement with Gravity script for RMMV?
Let hero Jump and fall down, for example in that kind of game if u press left or right when you fall down, you can move by pixel in that direction.

What you think?

That's a weird bug! I'll make some tests here.

I started a script like that for Ace once, but never finished it. My problem was that I had tried to do something 2.5D and it was just too much and would take too long to complete, so I dropped it.


Doing a pure 2D platforming script should be much easier than that was.

Not sure if I can explain it any better, BUT, I can do something better! Here's a screenshot ^^

Take a look at the party members in the tree.

This doesn't affect the hero, only following party members.
