about sprites sizes (for batttle and field)

how big can they be? for battle can they look like full body and not chibi-ish?

same for field but not as big as they would in battle?

There are no limitation on that. Your sprites can be as big as the whole screen size and the engine'll still run well. Like, I have some 500x700 sprites, they look great in engine and my game runs without any issues. But be cautious that they may cause lags on low end pc's if the sprites are too big.

ah cool sounds awesome! so it can handle 5 of 6 battler characters with a number of animations? :3

Yes, you can even have as many frame per animation as you want too. And like I said, there are not many limitation of those but you will have to optimize it so that your players won't be suffering too much, lol.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
