Can I send free Steam Keys of my own released games to the community members here? I was thinking of creating another thread about it where I could hand some keys over to the people who might ask it via PM.

No spamming, I just put one message there asking if anyone would be interested for a free key, and contacing me via PM if they're interested.

Unless you have a very large number and expect to be handing them out over an extended period of time, maybe just post this as a Status Update? I've seen several people offer Steam keys that they don't want that way, usually keys they've got as part of a bundle. If there are any conditions, then it would be necessary to be upfront about it.

For example, and this is purely made up as an example, not saying this is what you want to say.
"Free Steam Key of my game in exchange for a review - positive or negative. Interested? pm me."
