About Yanfly's CTB script

Two questions about it really,


1) If this script is discontinued, may I ask why as in which bugs did it have before it was discontinued and such.


2) Is there a way to make it display the number of icons proportional to the number of actions? right now it's:


Actor - Enemy - Actor - Enemy


but I want it to be like:


Actor - Actor - Actor - Enemy - Enemy

1 - Forcing rpg maker to not use turns was causing headaches on Yanfly and that's why he decided to stop supporting it. No bugs, but balancing was a "chaos".


Even Yanfly recommended to use ITB since it used default turns with CTB turn order.


2 - I don't know JS but i couldn't  understand your question either way.

I was hoping that when using only one actor in the party who could move multiple times that instead of showing only 1 icon it would've shown the number of icons of that actor instead but I see ITB has it so I'm gonna check it out.


EDIT: Whilst ITB works, it doesn't do the same as CTB which makes battlers move according to AGI rather than give a single turn based on it.

it uses a cycle, the turn order changes only when all actors has finished their turns.


This is pretty much how the default battle system works with turn order.

Ah that sucks, I'll stick with CTB for now then because I want my fights a bit more intense.

I think there's an extension for ITB that grants extra turns based on AGI that's linked in DreamX's ITB thread. It might get you closer to CTB, so it's worth checking out. :)

Hello! I would like to know if there are any pluggings or any way to customize how battles look?
I was thinking that when you start the battle for it to appear the eyes of your characters and opponents sorta like Ace Attorney.
