ABS liquid +map drops script

Been trying for about an hour using both these scripts...what's a way to make enemy mobs drop an item on map after their death x.x
Hope this is the right section >.<

Does that ABS support "on-death" event calls?


For example, things that should happen when an event "dies".


If not, perhaps it should be added, because then all you need to do is make a script call to create a map drop.

I believe it does, because it switches sprites to death sprites when they die. This is just a noob conjecturing though.

depends maybe on how you define on-death support...

To me having on-death (or any on-xxx) call support means that the user can add things to happen during death, without altering the main code itself... because you can always add those things if you edit the main code...

anyway, the death sprite change can be happening inside the damage code so it's not a sure way of telling if it has on-death support or not...

@OP: post a link to the scripts please... and I guess this should be on script support...

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
