ABS With Events

Thanks for coming by, i really need a hand,

So in short i have the QABS system for my game and its going great using it except im using the POP! Horror city pack for a zombie game, which although fine to use im having a small problem.

The problem is that the pack came with no enemy sprites, instead i had to create an event that had the image of one of the zombies so it would have a walk cycle and move toward the player ect, its once it gets to the player it does nothing, i cant call up damage or hurt/push it back.

In short i need to be able to have the event act as an enemy, or find a way to convert enemy/walk cycle over. ill post some screenshots of what im talking about.

Have you tried including a 'Battle Processing' command in the Zombie event?
Have it call up the troop you want your player to fight.
Decide what you want to happen in the event of win, lose, escape. For example, this is what I do for my on map encounters (Ace, but should be the same in MV)

I have erase event because I want the enemies to respawn if the player exists and then re-enters the map. If you don't want that, then just use a self switch. Whether this will work exactly with your system, I don't know. But it seems to me that the basis has to be calling battle processing from the enemy event.

I didnt think of that at all! ill give it a go shortly and see if that fixes it, if it does ill close the thread but i would like another suggestion as well should anyone have one, im also looking for work arounds similar to this. but thank you @Kes ill try it super shortly
