I'm really confused here.
I put in tiles where you can move only horizontally (2d sidescroller game) so, in one map you can just walk across it with no problem, but in the other map, you can't walk through it at all. Both maps have the same region, I put in the tileset so that it's position is above the player (Star symbol). Does anyone know what else there is I need to put or what I did wrong?

Are you using the same tileset for both maps? My initial guess is that the tileset for your second map has a X for passage on the very first B tile. That one must ALWAYS be set to a star, and must NEVER have an image in it. It's the "default" and "erase" tile and should not be used for anything else.

what does region have to do with it? If you are using a script, you should probably say that, and provide a link, and show how you've set the script up and set up any map properties / events / database / whatever to use the script.

I'm using Galv's Region Effects which can do a sound effect when you walk on the region, an event that appears on the players location, or activating a common event. All the number 4 does is a grass surface noise.

I did all the instructions by the way.

So the passage is set on the tileset, and not via the regions?

You have probably "erased" something that you didn't want using any blank tile, that happened to have an X passage setting. Is that a parallax? Use the top left B tile, which should have a star passage setting, to draw over that area again, and see if it makes a difference.

Also, double posting is against the forum rules, and you've done it twice in this thread. If you want to add more, and nobody has posted after you, just edit your last post rather than making a new one.

Finally, found it! It was a parallax area and I overwrited it.
Thanks.

Also sorry for the double-posting, didn't know that was forbidden.

Couple hours of work. Might use in my game as a secret find or something. Not sure. Fancy though no? :D
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
