Ace-MV resources: Are they legal?

I just need to be sure before I do something extremely stupid.

What is the legality of posting Ace Resources that have been edited to work in RPG Maker MV? As in, resized, Waifu'd, what have you. Is it okay to post if you have a legit copy of VX Ace? Is it legal for others to use these in their games with or without Ace?

As always, you can use any legally purchased RTP in any other engine you legally own, including edits of them.
And because the RTP for Ace is publically available, Edits can be posted as long as you give proper credit (as a lot of such edits have been posted in the past).

NOT allowed is posting edits of shop resources (in absolutely no form) and (at least so far) edits of MV resources.

The comment "so far" about MV resources is because they're not available outside the program itself, and there are several questions still not cleared due to the work focus being on bughunting first. So the rules for MV-Stock-Edits may change later.
