[ACE]Skill can be used on an Ally or Enemy

Ok I have read this before asking this question

what I have read about that script is it extends your scope with the following

everybody - select all alive on the battle field

target all foes - target all foes

target x random foes - select a target then choose a random foes limiting by x

x random foes - select random foes limited by x

all but user - select all alive on the battlefield except the user

target all allies - target all allies

target x random allies - select an ally and randomly select an ally limited by x

x random allies - randomly select allies limited by x

but what I really want is a skill that can select one ally or one enemy... as I want to created a debuff skill that can be used both on enemies and allies. Is this possible? or I need to create two skills with the same effect but one can be target to an ally and one can be target to an enemy?

If there's a script exists like this please refer it to me.. of if this feature exist to Yanfly please tell me If I just misunderstood something...
