So I downloaded MV about half a year ago. I played around with it, loved it, and decided to buy it. Problem is, it's UBER expensive as far as my college wallet is concerned, so I finished the demo and went on to Ace to see if I liked it better. I didn't, so I decided to stick with MV. Today I finally bought it and, after some problems from the bank due to the location and cost, I pressed the download buttons. When I opened the maker, however, I put in my activation code and saw something along the lines of "Sorry, we found your order, but it could not be implemented at this time." So I've been fighting with what little computer knowledge I have and I've basically decided to just try a hail Marry. I deleted everything and am re-downloading it onto my laptop to see if that works, but if anyone has any ideas on what WILL work, PLEASE let me know.
NOTE: I sent in a request to the tech support, but I recognize that this is a busy time for them and would like to try and fix this problem as quickly as possible. As someone whose worked in an information booth, there's nothing better than someone coming to you for a question and then figuring out the answer BEFORE you have to explain it too much.
WARNING: I'm not very computer savy. I tend to learn code and things like that as I use them and I NEVER learn the lingo well. Sorry
UPDATE: So I re downloaded everything, and I got the same message of
Sorry, your order was found, but we are unable to activate this product at this time. If you are still having issues, feel free to get in touch with our support team.
So, if anyone knows what I can do about this besides just sitting and waiting, I'd be REALLY grateful.
FINAL UPDATE:
So I've got really bad email problems and just lost the email that I didn't know was supposed to have been sent to me. Thanks to the tech support team for putting up with my crazy!
