Activation RPG Maker MV

HELLO!
So I decided to buy RPG Maker MV and I am so excited, but I cannot activate it though I have the activation code and everything and when I type it in and I clic on activate it shows this reminder and no matter how many times I try to acces it wouldn't work.
Can I have some help, please?

Also, I tryed to activate it offline and it shows this but the link "here" doesn't redirect me at all... so I will just wait for someone that can help me out here to answer and I'll give him/her the details needed if necessary to fix this...

please check if the TLS options in your internet options are all active, they are needed for activation.
You can also reach customer support through the links top right on this forum, but if the link doesn't redirect that points out to some problem with your windows firewall settings.
