Actor Battle Commands
Version 1.0
by Fomar0153

Description
Allows you to setup battle commands for your characters.

Features
You can use the original four commands (attack, guard, skilltypes & items).
You can set individual skills to be used as a command.
Be on the lookout for future plugins that expand on this system with new custom commands.

How to Use
Place the plugin in your project's js/plugins/ folder.
Inside RPG Maker MZ's editor, open the Plugin Manager.
Create a new entry and select this plugin from the list.
Customise the options to your liking and then click ok.

Please use the notebox on the actor tab to set their default commands e.g.
<battlecommands: attack, skilltype 2, guard, item>
<battlecommands: attack, skill 10, guard, item>

This plugin provides the following commands
attack - use the basic attack skill
guard - use the basic guard skill
item - use the basic item command
skilltype n - where n is the database id of the skilltype (check your Types tab in the database)
skill n - where n is the database id of the skill you wish to use

FAQ
Q: My skill n battle command isn't selectable.
A: The skill still needs to be usable by the character in question e.g. MP costs, etc.

Terms of Use
As long as I am credited, you may use this plugin in your projects both commercial and non-commercial.

Closing Note
I'm planning on making a few plugins to implement some popular battle commands e.g. Steal, Throw, Mix/Combine, things that can't be easily achieved by a basic skill. If you have any reasonable suggestions I am for the time being open to them.

May I toss in the idea of creating a Slots command, like Setzer of FFVI has?

Is there anyway to set the Default non-defined-battlecommand-ed characters to take it from the database instead of the ones defined in the plugin?

Solved: leave it blank U-.-
Not by default, you'd need to edit:
Game_Actor.prototype.setupBattleCommands
and
Window_ActorCommand.prototype.makeCommandList
(though aliasing the latter would greatly simplify the process).

I'm not that good to edit code in game U.U I think I will need to add that configuration manually, because I liked your Throw plugin and I would like to use it.

My only regret is the portal mirror effect is too subtle to show up in these GIFs. It probably just needs more sparkles. :LZSwink:
Microsoft: Hey, let's waste money advertising the Xbox Series X when nobody has any in stock, we don't seem to be making more, we aren't taking preorders and you can't get on a waiting list. BEST. IDEA. EVER.
So I'm practicing ITC with a spirit box, and decide to try to contact my deceased soulmate. It actually gave me multiple identifiers. Me, still a bit skeptical, asked aloud "Fine but does he still love me?" and the box spoke and printed the word "Forever" at the same time. Been a mess of tears since. :kaocry:
Been scratching away at my game and making progress, but just had a revelation. I'm working in full screen and adjusting all my pictures accordingly, but will they resize if someone's screen is smaller?? I hope this doesn't turn out to be a problem later.
