"Actor Book" script

I made an event system that allows for summoning actors into battle via a summon skill, and it removes the actor from the party after the battle ends. However, I have an issue. I'm unable to view the details of the actors since they're no longer in the party.

If there were just a few actors, I could probably find a way around this through events. But that is unfortunately not the case. There is currently 25+ summon-able actors.

That said, I need a script like the monster book, but for actors instead. It should give details of any actor that has previously been a part of the party, and allow me to choose what actors are excluded via notes (main character doesnt need to be in it, obviously).

I've moved this thread to JS Plugin Requests. Please be sure to post your threads in the correct forum next time. Thank you.

That should be pretty easy, as a mod to the Enemy Book plugin.

What sort of info do you want shown?  Just the name, profile description, and picture (and where will the picture come from - a face, sprite or battler)?

Sorry for posting in the wrong section. I'll be more careful next time. Thanks for the reminder! :D

Actor name, face, level, stats, skills, and class. (name and face will change as the character "evolves")

Do you anticipate that you would ever want to scroll through the skills?  That would add a bit of complexity.  If not, what is the largest number of skills any of your actors could have at once?

As long as you can make the details display without the scrolling, then I can do without that no problem.

I'd predict I'll need at least 6 skill slots maximum

Gonna go ahead and bump this as I believe 72 hours has passed.

I'll no longer need class to display, by the way.

This does sound like a great idea! Also SaiScott if you don't mind sharing your summoning program that sounds like something I could really use as well!

I do summoning with a skill that starts an event. The summoned creature is decided based on what crystal you have equipped via conditional branches. at battle end, the creature is removed from the party.

Our latest feature is an interview with... me?!

People4_2 (Capelet off and on) added!

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
one bad plugin combo later and one of my followers is moonwalking off the screen on his own... I didn't even more yet on the new map lol.
