actor command shortcut / input button

hello guys so I wanna make actor command attack, guard, item, magic accessable by button command. example when i press "z" it launch attack, "x" launch guard etc. and it hide actor command so user only access it by button command not selecting on menu actor command. Is anyone have plugin like I describe above? if it still undevelopment is it posible to make? thanks before
