Turn Left means they will turn to face left - on the screen. Not turn to THEIR left. If you want them to move then turn left, you have to tell them to turn 90 degrees counter-clockwise. Or in this case, because they've moved left first, just make them turn down afterwards.

Please show page three of your event.
Higher page number means higher priority, if the second event page doesn't get executed then the reason is that the third page is active.

what turns on self switch A? I would set that to action button rather than parallel process. Even a parallel process that has no commands is going to be run, LOOKING for commands, every frame. There's no need for it, if the event isn't doing anything.

You didn't actually say WHAT it is that never happens. You listed 3 things the event SHOULD do, but you just said "it" never happens. What is "it"? Does it not do ANY of those three things? Is it just the last thing that it's not doing? What IS happening? Is the switch that conditions that page turned on?

Did you see my first post? Or my questions? I'm feeling like I'm a bit invisible.

@Inuyasha36c Is there a possibility that you left direction fix on that event? To unfix it just use the turn direction fix off in the move command. :)

Ok, can you make things a bit more clear for me, cuz I'm bad at understanding the events well enough. XD
Which character in terms of the sprite do you want to make turn left?

the guy with the white hair he's facing right instead of left. after that is just text appearing at the wrong timing and place.

So does the actor take a step forward? Which parts of the event ARE being run, and which aren't? Or at what point is it not working properly?

So the actor doesn't move left, and doesn't turn, but everything else goes okay?

Can you move around after the cutscene is over? If not, check the top left B tile in the tileset and make sure its passage setting is a star. If it's an X, you won't be able to move anywhere on the map, so the first move route (move left, turn left) won't happen.
