ADAM
ADAM is my first game and one I'm quite proud of despite having only worked on it for about a week so far. It's a horror game with custom pixel art, a variety of puzzles, challenges, and a storyline that will branch out depending on your choices. Will you hit a bad ending? Or will you make the right choices until the end and reach some sort of peace?
You are a young boy. Your name is Adam. You have an older brother and older sister and with them, you live in a creaky old house without the annoyance of adult supervision. However, with Adam knowing a bit of magic, a tragedy begins and the hints of the possibility of power abuse might be revealed.
Who are you, really?
As you play as Adam you discover who he is and how he grew up. Interact with the house that seems to constantly change shapes, deal with sacrifice, and find a way to escape your own mind. Oh, and most importantly, stay alive.
The demo includes one bad ending and the very first part of the rest of the game.
Also, please note some parts of the game might be a bit gory, but I feel it isn't that bad. But you might want to find another game if pixelized blood isn't your thing.
Screenshots
I'm looking for any feedback. Are any parts of the game too easy? Too confusing? Are the cutscenes super cheesy? But remember, if you want to give some negative feedback, at least include one positive thing so I know what I did right and I can keep doing it. Thanks!
