Hello, this is my first time posting on a forum like this.

Currently, I'm trying to make a special skill in the engine, where the character who uses it can enhance their stats (Such as Attack, Defence, Agility, etc) for a few turns (for the sake of example, let's say 3 turns).

After that, however, I'm trying to make it so that once the 3 turns are up, the character after using the buffing skill will fall into a debuff state (such as Sleep).

I'm currently having issues trying to figure out how to make the status effect occur after the buffing part of the skill is over.

[Bonus Question (Feel free to answer if you want to): How can I make it so that the original buff is stronger than normal? So instead of it buffing ATK, DEF, and AGI 1 stage, the skill buffs it 2 or 3 stages for that time frame].

You would use Yanfly's Buffs & States Core, turn the buff into an actual state, then have a remove effect that applied the sleep state.

Since you'd need to turn your buff into a state for part 1, you would just add trait effects in that state to boost the parameters whatever percentage you like.

One tried and true way to trigger a lot of people to be nasty is to tell a truth that they are uncomfortable with, like how most people will stand by while they see a crime happening, unless it's illegal to stand by. We probably wouldn't have stories about "special heroes" or games about heroes if the "everyday common folk" were largely capable of being heroes. Heroes face dangers that most people are not willing to.
I'm having toooo much fun designing the new MP (Mental Psyche) system. I've only worked it out for enemies so far, but it's fun to stun them, then go after their MP and delete them instead to farm for better item drops.
