So I'm using Quick Time Events (https://forums.rpgmakerweb.com/index.php?threads/quick-time-events-r2-26-11.71268/)...

and someone brought to my attention that I needed more of a visual cue when the player was hitting the correct button presses. but I have VERY limited Javascript skills and I've been stumped on how to pull this off for a week now. the most I've been able to do is add a picture when you get a successful press. BUT, the picture stays and isn't lined up with the icons (tho I could problem figure that one out I think.)

QTE.PNG

here's a picture of what the QTE window looks like in my game. I basically was wondering how would I add a picture that appears (and disappears) with each successful button press. think of it as a balloon pop up for an event but instead for these button presses and that's the general idea behind the picture. If anyone has any ideas on how to go about this, I'd be happy to hear them.

adding images will be relative easy if you know js,
you can make the windows opacity = 0 to add them (if you want to use it
in battle.

if outside battle, there is another one that require images already :)
but that one dont work inside battles.

unfortunately my js knowledge is pretty limited. I know how to add a picture but A. I don't know how to
get it to refresh/disappear/reappear with each successful button press. and B. I'm not entirely sure how to line in up with the icons. tho I think I can figure that out based on how I got the original pic on there in the first place.

So apparently the surprise Google Search page browser game saves your progress when you close the browser.

This really makes me miss the golden age of Flash gaming.
