Is there a way to set up a troop event to give all of the members of the active battle party experience for their equipped subclass as long as the main character's level doesn't exceed a certain value?

And I do specifically mean their subclass. Their normal class gains experience normally.

I have subclasses enabled via Yanfly's Subclass plugin, before anyone asks.

in the plugin parameters for yanfly's subclass.
the section where it has ---Parameters---
1.0 means the subclass is adding 100% of its stats to the character.
0.0 would mean sub class doesnt effect stats and only effects ---traits---

if you make exp 0.3 the subclass would only get 30% of the exp per battle

as for making subclass get 0 exp if subclass level is higher then mainclass level... sry idk.
that would require some kinda tweeking to the .js

I'm aware of the parameters thing, but that's not what I want. I need to be able to add just one experience point to a subclass per battle.

as far as I remember, yanfly's subclasses don't have independent levels or EXP, they use the main level.
so it can't be done
you'll need to find a subclass plugin where the subclasses have independent experience levels for such a mechanic to exist.

@Andar Well, damn. I've hunted around for another subclass plugin, but never found one. Maybe I can commission one.

@MushroomCake28 I originally had it where it was because I was aiming to use troop events. I just figured someone would ask how I was doing my classes. I wasn't actually looking for help with the subclass plugin itself. Somehow, we got away from the original intent.

EDIT: My dumb self. I know why it should've gone here. Thanks for moving it for me.

I think I've got my hero designs pretty much finialised ( still got some tweaks. ) In the end it'll be the four outfit colour variants with four different skintones.

I'm a bit conflicted. One the one hand, it's quite visually cool to make bodies of water that the player can interact with by going into it. However obscuring the player character from a gameplay perspective is pretty bad. Hmm... There's the option to make the area around the player visible, but then that kind of defeats the purpose of submerging them.
