Additional Equipment Effects & Conditional Effects [VX Ace]

Request: Additional Equipment Effects / Conditional Effects

I'm looking to add more unique Equipment effects to my current project in the form of additional effects and conditions required to have effects:

Craze's Elemental Booster is already doing part of that work, but I'm looking for ways of having the following effects:
  • Additional % chance for a particular State to succeed. (eg. Poisoner's Flash - Equipped character has +5% chance for Poison skills they use to land successfully.)
  • Deal bonus damage against an enemy with a State. (eg. Wicked Edge - Equipped character deals an extra 5% damage to Poisoned enemies.)
And here are the conditional effects:
  • Turn Number X: Bonuses conditional on a particular turn or series of turns. (eg. Quicksilver Scabbard - Equipped character has +50% AGI and +10% CRIT on Turn 1)
  • HP/MP Above/Below X%: Bonuses conditional on current HP/MP values. (eg. Berserker's Sash - Equipped character has +25% ATK as long as their HP is below 25%)
  • State Condition: Bonuses conditional on having a particular state. (eg. Helm of Vengeance - Equipped character has +10% ATK and DEF if they are Poisoned)
  • Switches/Variable: Bonuses conditional on Switches/Variables (eg. Deeper Down - Equipped character has +5% MHP if Var n = x)

Most of these are doable with the damage formula for skills of course, but as a passive "always active" effect on a character, I haven't been able to find nor recreate these effects.

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
Do you Find Tilesetting or Looking for Tilesets/Plugins more fun? Personally I like making my tileset for my Game (Cretaceous Park TM) xD
